Frogology
Frogology is the study of 'the Frog' and explores why and how we do what we do. Mark Twain was quoted saying, "If it's your job to eat a frog, it's best to do it first thing in the morning. And If it's your job to eat two frogs, it's best to eat the biggest one first".
For us, this means not procrastinating and chasing the activities that help you transform into your most excellent self. By living a healthier life and tackling your frogs, our member's lives improve dramatically. We help them identify their frog - or what is standing in their way. Your frog is as unique as you. Members want to feel stronger, keep up with their kids, hike to that mountain peak, not feel winded when they climb stairs, look incredible in that outfit that has been hanging in their closet, or just feel confident again.
Our Co-Founder, Bryan Clay, sums this up by saying, "Your 'frog' is your biggest, hardest task. I think of it as the one immediate task that could have the greatest positive impact on your life, and for many people, that's fitness."
V.I.P TRAINING
We train - we don't work out. Training is following a crafted fitness plan. "Working out" means you went to the gym and broke a sweat. "Training" means you went to the gym and made a difference. When you train, you have a purpose.
Our Variable Intensity Performance Training, or V.I.P Training, is inspired by professional athlete's training methods and is a balance between peak effort, functional strength, endurance, and mobility.
