FRANCHISE TRAINING & SUPPORT

When you join the #FrogSquad, we thoroughly prepare you to operate your Eat The Frog Fitness studio. Leading up to your studio's launch, you and your studio Management Team will attend a 5-day immersive Manager's Training, at our Home Office and Corporate studio in Covington, Washington. This is a hands-on training that will set you up for success as you begin the process of opening your new studio.

Our Trainers also travel to your Eat The Frog Fitness studio to help prepare your team for a successful studio opening. An Eat The Frog Fitness trainer will lead your operational and coach training on-site before opening. This training includes support for your soft-opening, which we refer to as Early Access, where your team can practice and master the Eat The Frog Fitness member experience.

EXCEPTIONAL ONBOARDING SUPPORT

We know that Eat The Frog Fitness will thrive when each and every one of our studio owners is successful. This means that our support systems start early in our onboarding process. Starting with helping you find the perfect studio location through to your soft opening - we've got your back.

LOCATION SELECTION

Open a successful studio location with the support of tech-enabled real estate identification. We help you identify areas where an Eat The Frog Fitness studio would thrive based on local demographics, visibility, traffic patterns, accessibility, anchor stores, parking, local competition and more.

RECRUITING & TEAM BUILDING

We will train you and your management team on how to hire based on values and train to bring out your staff's natural talents. Most studios operate with a simple, effective staffing model of General Manager, 2 part time sales support, 1 head coach, and 3 part time coaches. You can run 24 hours a day on this model since our virtual sessions can be unstaffed.

THE OPENER

Eat The Frog Fitness offers a comprehensive, interactive checklist that walks you through the steps to opening and building out your studio, start to finish. You'll have a road map to success through the entire onboarding process.

VENDOR PARTNERSHIPS

From lighting, A/V, equipment to sanitation supplies - we've partnered with world-class vendors and negotiated the best products and services to make opening a breeze.

PRE-SALE IN A BOX

To open with a built-in membership, all Eat The Frog Fitness studios launch with a pre-sale period to gather founding members - all while the studio is being built out. Enjoy everything from advertising, signage, pricing and sales strategies, to full digital and print campaigns already mapped out for you. We like to call this pre-sale in-a-box. You can focus on executing your local plan, while our marketing experts maintain the most up to date strategies available.
